The Righetti Glass Vacuum Lifters (GLASS Division) are specialized vacuum lifters designed for handling and lifting curved windscreens and windshields across the automotive, transit, and maritime sectors (cars, buses, trucks, trains, and ships).

Key Technical Features

Lifting Capacity:

Maximum 150 kg (using 4 suction pads with a 200 mm diameter) or 300 kg (using 4 suction pads with a 310 mm diameter).

Power Supply Options: 

Three distinct models are available:
• Pneumatic Models: Powered by connecting to an external air compressor.
• Electric Models: Powered via 220V or 400V mains.
• Battery Models: Powered by an onboard battery (charger included). Features an "Energy saver" mode and two independent vacuum circuits for enhanced redundancy.

Load Movement: 

Continuous 360° manual rotation with automatic locking points every 90°, and 0–90° manual tilt with automatic locking in horizontal and vertical positions.

Safety & Control Systems:

• Manual sliding valve for suction and release integrated into the lift's frame.
• Double-action safety command for load release to prevent accidental drops.
• Audible and visual alarms triggered during low vacuum levels.
• Dedicated vacuum gauge with a colored scale for each circuit.

Optional Accessories

• Parking stand (code: VB-ST).
• Jointed supports, designed specifically for highly domed or deeply curved glass panels (code: VB-A300).
