KS Robot 800 Offroad – 800kg Glass Lifter for Demanding Terrain

The KS Robot 800 Offroad is a professional electrically powered glass lifter and load installation system for loads of up to 800kg, specifically designed for applications on uneven and demanding terrain. Front-wheel drive and special outdoor tyres provide increased traction and mobility on difficult surfaces.

The KS Robot 800 Offroad can handle glass panes, windows, panels and stone slabs weighing up to 800kg. Its hydraulic telescopic system and servo-controlled hydraulic drive provide precise and smooth lifting, lowering and telescopic movement of the load.

The vacuum system features two independent circuits and two separate pumps, while optical and acoustic monitoring alerts the operator in case of vacuum loss. The machine can also be optionally equipped with a special swing system for rotating the load up to 90° or with a 3D head for hydraulic rotation and lateral tilting of the vacuum suction unit.
