The first pedestrian stacker with a Li-Ion battery
The innovative and highly reliable lithium-ion technology has now also found its way into our Hanselifter pedestrian stacker. The Li-Ion battery was specially developed for our Hanselifter pedestrian stacker. The powerful battery (24V / 120Ah) offers many advantages over conventional batteries. A sturdy aluminum alloy frame makes the battery very light and provides excellent heat dissipation. In addition, an electrical heating function is integrated, which ensures normal operation even at low temperatures. The main operational advantage of Li-Ion technology is the short charging time. While conventional batteries of this size need up to 10 hours to fully charge, the Li-Ion battery already reaches its maximum capacity after 2 hours. Intermediate charging does not damage the battery, every break finds its economic benefit. The battery also impresses with its longevity. You can easily achieve more than 4000 charge cycles, whereby over 80% of the battery capacity is retained. In addition, Li-Ion technology is also good for the environment. The batteries are emission-free and very environmentally friendly to manufacture and to dispose of.

Reliability, security and comfort
When stacking and moving heavy loads, it is important to be able to rely on your lifting and handling equipment. For this reason, the Hanselifter E-Li-A12MG-08 was designed to be particularly reliable and safe. A high-quality hydraulic unit enables low-noise and low-vibration lifting and lowering. The steel frame is extremely stable and guarantees a long service life. The stamped forks impress with their high strength and can be guided excellently. An H-mast profile section provides even more stability. The electrical system of the pedestrian stacker is protected by waterproof plugs and connectors so that no moisture can penetrate the electrical circuit.
The E-Li-A12-MG has forward and reverse brakes as well as an emergency brake on the tiller head to protect the operator. For optimal handling, the device has a crawl gear that is activated when the tiller is in an almost vertical position. This means that the forklift can be maneuvered safely even in the tightest of spaces. In addition, the travel speed is automatically reduced as soon as the fork reaches a lift height of 500 mm. In order to achieve the greatest possible ease of use, all the necessary operating elements are clearly arranged on the tiller head. In addition, the design of the device has been optimized to enable good visibility and easy access to the pallet. In addition, the newly designed drive system has floating suspension with automatic adjustment to the loads, so that the drive wheels always offer sufficient power.

Equipment and mast variants
The standard equipment of the Hanselifter E-Li-A12MG-08 is very extensive. The pedestrian stacker is equipped with a maintenance-free AC motor for excellent acceleration and good climbing ability. The device is controlled by a CURTIS AC control system, which enables precise, stable and efficient control. In addition, the battery, the high-quality hydraulic unit, the multifunctional battery indicator and a horn are part of the standard equipment. A wide range of optional equipment is available on request. These include, for example, different fork lengths, a side battery change system, overhead protection and cold store protection (down to -30 ° C). You can choose the mast version yourself from three options. A duplex mast with a lifting height of 2,700 mm is available, another duplex mast with a lifting height of 3,300 mm and a triplex mast with a lifting height of 4,000 mm. All mast variants have free lift. For further information, please refer to the technical data.
