The CL1-6 is the No. 1 vacuum lifter specifically for handling and installing insulated panels!

• CL1-6 is the vacuum lifter specific for handling and installing insulated panels.
• Due to its modular frame, it can be adapted to install both wall and roof panels.
• CL1-6 is equipped with 6 suction pads with a maximum capacity of 400kg.
• The tilting systemmakes it possible to safely move the horizontally-resting sandwich panels by tilting them vertically.
• The modularity and flexibility of CL1-6 also apply to the type of panels it can lift, including flat, micro-rib and trapezoidal, either in mineral wool or in polyurethane.
• In addition to this, CL1-6 can also be customized to lift special panels, such as roof tile shaped and other special profile panels.
• To optimize space during storage and transportation, the vacuum lifter may have the handy parking stand for forklift equipped with a protective cover.
• The structure of the lifter can be disassembled and stored inside the stand, which measures only 100x80x145 cm, to minimize its volume during the transport.

CL1 is designed to offer you maximum modularity and compactness, even during transport and storage. Indeed, each component contributes to the assembly of the transport stand of the lifter itself. This allows you to maximize the overall dimensions and fold CL1 into a pallet-sized forklift stand.

• CL1-6 vacuum lifter comes equipped with six standard suction pads (120x80mm), which ensure the proper gripping of the large majority of sandwich panels (either flat, micro-
  ribbed or trapezoidal).
• Please take a close look at the maximum and minimum sizes required to make our standard suction pads fit:
• Rib height: max 100mm
• Micro-rib height: max 3mm
• Spaces between ribs: min 120mm
  

What if your sandwich panels have different specifications? If the max and/or min dimensions of your sandwich panels do not match with the ones of our standard suction pads, we can provide you with a different kit of suction pads or gaskets, tailor-made to perfectly adhere to your surface. Maximum roof panel length:

• CL1-6 PUR: 6–7 m

• CL1-6 Rock Wool: 5–6 m

• CL1-6 EXT (1+1) PUR: 12–13 m

• CL1-6 EXT (1+1) Rock Wool: 8–9 m*

• CL1-6 EXT (2+2) PUR: 15 m

• CL1-6 EXT (2+2) Rock Wool: 10 m

For PUR panels longer than 15–16 meters, use model CL1-8X.
For Rock Wool panels longer than 10–12 meters, use model CL1-8X.

Maximum wall panel length:

• CL1-6 PUR: 12 m

• CL1-6 Rock Wool: 6–7 m

• CL1-6 EXT (1+1) PUR: 15 m

• CL1-6 EXT (1+1) Rock Wool: 10 m*

Important note for Rock Wool panels:
The adhesion between the metal sheet (the outer layer of the panel, where the suction cups are placed) and the internal Rock Wool is not as strong as in PUR panels. In addition, Rock Wool is heavier than polyurethane. The metal sheet may detach, deform, or bend, which can compromise the lifting capacity.

Recommendation: It is strongly recommended to perform a lifting test, as not all Rock Wool panels are the same.
