Dual vacuum circuit

• For vacuum lifters intended to be used in a building area, the regulations EN 13155 required a secondary positive holding device or there shall be two vacuum reserves each fitted with non return valves.
• Each vacuum reserve shall be connected to a separate set of vacuum pads.
  
• Righetti’s specific vacuum lifters for construction site use meet the requirement of EN 13155 and are complete of two separate vacuum circuits.

Removable batteries

• Righetti battery vacuum lifters are powered by built-in rechargeable batteries and on quite all models the batteries, if necessary, can be easily removed and quickly replaced.
  
• To have the additional battery pack can be really useful in case the operators forgot to charge the batteries or for some reason is not possible to put the lifter under charge.
• Battery powered vacuum lifters are suplied complete of 220 Volt battery charger.
  
• The level of the battery charge can be control on battery gauge that costantly indicates the current battery level.
  

Parking stand

• Vacuum cladding lifter CL1 comes complete of parking stand.
  
• The parking stand permits to transport the vacuum lifter with reduced space of only cm 80×100.
• The parking stand of caldding lifter CL has the possibility to be moved by fork lift

Vacuum Control Unit

• An on-board computer to manage the lifter as safely as possible verifies the operation of the lifter’s main components and carries out self-diagnostics if a breakdown occurs.
• The control unit comes complete with microprocessors to control the power circuits.
  
• It monitors the level of vacuum in the system, reporting any anomalies with a visual and acoustic warning.
  
• It manages and monitors the batteries.
• Besides showing how much battery is left, the on-board computer controls and protects the batteries, clearly warning the operator with sequential alarms when power is at minimum level.
• A built-in economizer considerably lengthens battery life.

Maximum roof panel length:

• CL1-4 PUR: 6–7 m

• CL1-4 Rock Wool: 5–6 m

• CL1-4 EXT (1+1) PUR: 12–13 m

• CL1-4 EXT (1+1) Rock Wool: 8–9 m*

• CL1-4 EXT (2+2) PUR: 15 m

• CL1-4 EXT (2+2) Rock Wool: 10 m

For PUR panels longer than 15–16 meters, use model CL1-8X.
For Rock Wool panels longer than 10–12 meters, use model CL1-8X.

Maximum wall panel length:

• CL1-4 PUR: 12 m

• CL1-4 Rock Wool: 6–7 m

• CL1-4 EXT (1+1) PUR: 15 m

• CL1-4 EXT (1+1) Rock Wool: 10 m*

Important note for Rock Wool panels:
The adhesion between the metal sheet (the outer layer of the panel, where the suction cups are placed) and the internal Rock Wool is not as strong as in PUR panels. In addition, Rock Wool is heavier than polyurethane. The metal sheet may detach, deform, or bend, which can compromise the lifting capacity.

Recommendation: It is strongly recommended to perform a lifting test, as not all Rock Wool panels are the same.

The CL1-4 features tilt mechanism and rotating system to move safely the panels from horizontal to vertical position.
Suction pads are adapt for flat, micro rib or trapezoidal panels used in roofing, cladding and coldstore construction.
