The CL2 series is a line of professional vacuum lifters for installing sandwich panels, powered by rechargeable and interchangeable batteries.
These models are designed to fully meet handling requirements, as they allow for the lifting and installation of smooth, microribbed, and trapezoidal sandwich panels — for both wall and roof applications — made of polyurethane and mineral wool.
Indeed, the CL2 vacuum lifters combine a modular structure with a high degree of versatility, thanks to various extension kits that enable numerous configurations to install sandwich panels up to 26m. Additionally, the suction pads can be replaced with specific kits to install insulated metal panels with special profiles.
Righetti vacuum lifters for sandwich panels comply with EN13155 Standars as they are equipped with all necessary safety systems: dual vacuum circuit, wide vacuum reservoirs, vacuum gauges with color-coded scales, and audiovisual alarms.
The CL2 comes by default with a vacuum control unit that monitors the proper operation of the vacuum lifter, manages the vacuum pumps and batteries, optimizes energy consumption thanks to an integrated economizer, and displays the battery charge level.
To reduce its size during storage, the CL2’s frame can be disassembled and stored on a compact parking stand, equipped with a forklift-accessible frame for easy transport and complete with a protective cover.

INTERCHANGEABLE PADS

CL2 cladding lifter offers the possibility of lifting sandwich panels with different profiles thanks to interchangeable suction pads kits. Each kit is specifically designed to meet and exceed the handling challenges of the sandwich panel.

STANDARD SUCTION PADS

CL2 vacuum lifter comes equipped with springloaded suction pads that fit a great range of sandwich panels (either flat, micro-ribbed or trapezoidal).

Please take a close look at the maximum and minimum sizes required for our standard suction pads to fit:

• Frt Height: max 100mm
• Micro-rib height (with bevel): max 5mm
• Space between ribs: min 120mm

PARKING STAND

The CL2 frame can be disassembled and neatly stored in its practical parking stand. Its compact dimensions (1200x1000 mm) optimize transport and storage.
In addition, the stand is equipped with a forklift-accessible structure for handling it with a pallet jack or forklift.
The parking stand provides dedicated space for any component, up to the CL2.12000X configuration, and comes complete with a protective cover.
