The CL2 series is a comprehensive range of professional vacuum lifters for sandwich panels, powered by swappable and rechargeable batteries, designed to meet every installation requirement. These lifters can handle smooth, micro-ribbed, and trapezoidal panels for both wall and roof applications.

Modular and Versatile:
CL2 models feature a modular frame with multiple configurations and optional extension arms, enabling easy adaptation to various panel sizes. Interchangeable suction pads allow handling of panels with special profiles, including insulated panels with non-standard geometries.

The intelligent Vacuum Control Unit (VCU) monitors operational status, manages pumps and batteries, optimizes energy consumption with an energy-saving function, and provides clear battery level information.

Compact Storage:
The modular frame can be disassembled to fit into a pallet-sized parking stand, compatible with forklifts for easy storage and transport.

Operation & Performance

• Power Supply: Rechargeable batteries with easy replacement and included charger, plus extra battery kits. Energy-saving function extends operation between charges.

• Movements: Suction and release via manual safety valve; optional radio-control enables operation either remotely or onboard.

• Tilting Mechanism: Safely moves panels between horizontal and vertical orientations; tilt-assist bracket simplifies handling of wall-mounted panels.

• Frame & Modular Construction: Available in multiple lifting capacities, mounting 4 to 8 suction pads. Optional EXT arms allow handling panels up to 16 meters; CL2-8X for panels over 18–20 meters. Quick, tool-free assembly.

• Special Panels: Roof-tile or other non-standard panels can be handled with dedicated suction pad kits.

Safety First:

All CL2 lifters comply with EN13155 regulations, incorporating:

• Dual vacuum circuits for increased safety

• Large vacuum reservoirs with check valves

• Two vacuum gauges with color-coded scales

CL2 Series Configurations

The CL2 series offers several models to meet different lifting capacities and panel lengths:

• CL2-4: Maximum load 250 kg, suitable for panels up to 4000 mm or 6500 mm in length. Available with manual or radio-controlled operation.

• CL2-6: Lifts up to 400 kg, for panels up to 4000 mm or 6500 mm, with manual or remote control options.

• CL2-8: Lifts up to 500 kg, for panels up to 4000 mm or 6500 mm, available with manual or radio-controlled operation.

• CL2-8X: Lifts up to 500 kg and is designed for extra-long panels from 9000 mm to 11500 mm, with manual or remote control operation.

Each model can be equipped with 4 to 8 suction pads depending on the panel size and type, with special kits available for panels with unique profiles (e.g., corrugated or roof-tile effect panels).
