The mechanical vacuum lifter KL 1200-6 (H) enables efficient and safe handling of non-porous materials weighing up to 1,200 kg. It is equipped with 6 suction cups with a diameter of Ø 400 mm, which are automatically clamped and released by means of a special cycling mechanism, while the operator only controls the crane on which the lifter is suspended. The suction cups are easily adjustable, allowing quick adaptation to the actual dimensions of the load. The vacuum is generated solely by the weight of the load, without the need for electricity or an external vacuum source. The robust construction ensures reliable and long-term use, while the suction cups provide safe and gentle gripping, protecting even sensitive surfaces. The (H) series features suction cups arranged in two rows, significantly reducing load deflection and allowing safe handling of wide sheets starting from minimal thickness. The spacing of the suction cups on the crossbars can be easily adjusted, allowing narrow formats to be handled as well.
