INTERIOR DESIGN

The V600 series Universal Tow carts have an impressive mechanical design. They are built to offer exceptional power and traction. Each traction wheel has its own 300 watts motor. Wheels are set-up in pairs linked by de-rated gear mechanisms .This ensures that should one wheel loose contact with ground , its power is transferred to its sister wheel for maintained traction. The unit is also equipped with a high quality controller that ensures unsurpassed precision.

MAIN SWITCH

In addition to a power switch located on the joystick a Main Safety Switch is located on the tow cart cabinet. This switch allows operator to completely turn off tow cart. It allows to switch from its tow cart function to its APU function (option). This system makes tow cart management very easy.

FITS IN A B205

The V614 model is a very compact unit. It was actually invented at the request of operators needing to operate from remote bases and thus needed to carry the tow cart on board with them. Being compact is a great advantage for crowded hangars too!

CONTROLLER

The V600 series are operated with a joystick. This high quality unit works in tandem with the controller located inside the tow cart. Together this joystick and controller offer great precision. A true pleasure to operate. In addition to controlling direction, the joystick allows to adjust speed and informs operator of battery charger level. It also offers trouble shooting guidance. The joystick being linked to the tow cart by cord ensures the operator keeps physical contact with the machine and thus acts as a safety warning against unfortunate distractions while handling helicopters.
