A PKS 920 with loading system specially designed for mounting glass of different thickness and dimensions.

This machine has a total capacity of 200 kg.

The loading system has a maximum load capacity of 60 kg and is equipped with:

• suction cups that allow to fix the glass to the loading system and to position it in the assembly area
• extension of the loading system, in order to adjust the distance of the glass, from the machine to the installation point
• adjustable supports with EVA coating for a safe support of the slab on the loading system
• steering wheels for adjusting the height and inclination of the glass during assembly

The special adjustment systems allow to adapt to the different sizes and thicknesses of the slabs. They also allow the operator to carry out all operations in an ergonomic and effortless position.

The fixing and release systems guarantee maximum tightness during the handling and lifting phases of the glass.

This machine allows halving the glass assembly times and doubling the safety of operations.

Operating temperature from -15 ° to + 40 ° C

The machine can work at temperatures between -10° C and +40 °C
